Equal Access is a groundbreaking equity initiative launched by music industry professionals Cameo Carlson, President, mtheory Nashville and Leslie Fram, SVP, Music & Talent, CMT. This artist and management training program is designed to foster and support all marginalized communities that are underrepresented in the country music genre.

In its inaugural year, Equal Access will work with three artists and three music industry professionals, providing funding, training and support, as well as access to mtheory’s management services, helping them further navigate and grow within country music.
