CMT NEXT WOMEN OF COUNTRY

Created by CMT’s SVP of Music and Talent, Leslie Fram, CMT’s Next Women of Country is universally recognized as one of the most influential artist discovery platforms in country music. In January 2021, CMT entered a partnership with The Change Agent·cy (TCA) to expand the program by introducing social impact and advocacy resources to the ten female acts named to the 2021 Class of NWOC. From individual artist consultations and training to industry educational opportunities and nonprofit introductions, TCA creates custom strategies for each artist that incorporates their passions for supporting the greater good while building a lasting brand. Lifting Lives has funded national music therapy programs serving various mental and physical health organizations and provided a lifeline to many in the music industry during the pandemic.
